FLEX is a development process model that is oriented around the value streams of an organization. It combines different sections of the value stream into an integrated whole, making it easier to see how changes in one part of the value stream effects and is effected by other parts of the value stream. This modularized approach enables it to be readily tailored to the context of any organization without having to leave any key elements out or having to have more complexity than is needed.
This webinar will both present FLEX and how one can use it to improve their development process regardless of the size of the organization. FLEX is currently being incorporated into PMI’s Disciplined Agile
