Rejoignez-nous le 1er Octobre de 9h à 18h45 pour l'édition 2021 du Forum National des Régions autour du Thème Manager la Performance Autrement dans le Monde d'Après.
Ce thème n'a pas été choisi au hasard, car la crise sanitaire a impacté durablement toute la planète et nous a obligés à repenser le sens de nos actions et notre impact sur nos écosystèmes.
Ce thème global se décline en différents sous-thèmes :
- La transformation des organisations (agilité, transformation digitale, réadaptation des business models, … ) ;
- Le pilotage par la Valeur : indicateurs de performance, pilotage efficient des projets et des programmes, utilisation adaptée des données (data analyse, BI, analytics, IA, …) ;
- Sens et Elément Humain : requestionner le sens de nos actions, remettre l’humain au centre, manager les équipes autrement, … ;
- Nouveaux paradigmes et nouvelles opportunités générés par la crise sanitaire ;
- RSE et ESG : produire et consommer plus durable et responsable, avoir un impact positif sur la société ;
Nous avons donc travaillé de concert avec toutes les branches du PMI France pour vous concocter un programme d'exception proposant différents formats d'interaction de la conférence, à l'atelier en passant par les stands partenaires.
Plus d'une quarantaine de speakers évoluant au sein de la "Project Economy"* se relayeront tout au long de la journée pour nous apporter leurs regards sur comment notre métier de management de projets évolue dans ce contexte post-Covid.
Nous vous attendons donc nombreux le 1er Octobre !

New World, New Stakes, New Opportunities
Join us on October 1st from 9 AM to 6.45 PM for the 2021 edition of the PMI National Forum of Regions on the Theme Managing Performance Differently in the After-Covid World.
This theme has been specially chosen as the health crisis has sustainably impacted the whole planet and forced us to rethink the meaning of our actions and our impact on our ecosystems.
This global theme breaks down in the following sub-themes :
- Organizational transformation (agility, digital transformation, business model readaptation, ....) ;
- Steering by Value : performance indicators, effectively leading projects and programs, using data effectively (data analysis, BI, analytics, AI, ...) ;
- Meaning and Human Factor : questioning the meaning of our actions, human-centered thinking, manage teams differently, ... ;
- New paradigms and new opportunities generated by the health crisis ;
- CSR and ESG : produce and consume in a more responsible and sustainable manner, have a positive impact on society ;
We've been working with all the branches of the PMI France to build an exceptional agenda proposing various formats of interactions from conferences to workshops and partners booths.
Almost fifty speakers operating within the "Project Economy"* will take turns throughout the day sharing with us their insights on how the project management profession evolves in this post-Covid context.
