Customer Project Manager at Teach on Mars

Job description :

  • Your mission, should you accept it, is to manage customers’ projects. Part of the production team, you are the main contact for customers from the kick off meeting to the final deployment of the app.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and constraints, organizing the production schedule, supporting customers in their understanding of technical aspects so they can make informed decisions, collecting elements needed for the app creation… your role is central to ensure a successful launch of the app.

Profile :

You hold a master’s degree in computer science, engineering school or equivalent (bac +5) and have a perfect knowledge of common office tools. You are trilingual: English and French plus one other language (knowledge of Spanish or German is an asset). You are able to manage projects in an international environment and have a real experience in a Project Management methodology (e.g.: PMI, Prince), particularly in the fields of Project Planning, Stakeholders Management and Change Management.
