In a world, which is changing at fast pace and offers a high spectrum of diversity, collaboration and mutual understanding are very important skills for leaders. 

As a leader, it is very important to assure rapid answers and quick adaptability to evolving conditions and situations, both in projects as well as in the working mode itself. 

Moreover, this pace can lead to high pressure, which can be painful if we're not well equipped to understand how to behave and drive under stress.

Furthermore, if we look at the today’s workplaces, they are very diverse, with multiple generations working together, each one with its values, its goals, its dreams …

It is for this reason that mutual understanding and openness to others are very important skills for success in projects and organizations.

PMI European Interchapter Webinar Series : "Construire les leaders performants de demain"

Dans un monde qui évolue rapidement et offre un large éventail de diversité, la collaboration et la compréhension mutuelle sont des compétences très importantes pour les dirigeants. 

En tant que dirigeant, il est très important d'assurer des réponses rapides et une capacité d'adaptation à des conditions et des situations en évolution, tant dans les projets que dans le mode de travail lui-même. 

En outre, ce rythme peut entraîner une forte pression, qui peut être pénible si nous ne sommes pas bien équipés pour comprendre comment se comporter et piloter sous stress. 

Si nous observons les lieux de travail d'aujourd'hui, nous constatons qu'ils sont très diversifiés, avec plusieurs générations qui travaillent ensemble, chacune avec ses valeurs, ses objectifs, ses rêves...

C’est pour cette raison que la compréhension mutuelle et l'ouverture aux autres sont des compétences très importantes pour réussir dans les projets et les organisations. 

Pour aider les leaders et en particulier « les futurs leaders » à développer ces compétences importantes et les soutenir à devenir les « leaders performants de demain », nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que le 13 et 20 septembre, une série de webinaires en ligne inter-chapitre européen aura lieu de 19h CET jusqu’à 20h30 CET, organisée par le chapitre PMI France en collaboration avec le chapitre PMI Allemagne et le chapitre PMI UK.
