Oleksii Linnyk is Site Director at 6-Systems LLC (SIXT Tech Ukraine) with over 20 years of experience in IT and telecommunications and more than 10 years in project management. He holds PMP, PMI-PMOCP, and PMI-CPMAI certifications.
Oleksii also serves as VP of Technology at the PMI Ukraine Chapter, where he is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s technology strategy, overseeing infrastructure, and managing IT operations.

 

Viktoriia Honcharova, PMP, PMI Future 50'24, PMI Ukraine Chapter President 

 

 

Viktoriia is a seasoned PMO Lead with over 12 years of experience in IT project management, currently building a PMO at the Ukrainian IT company Uinno. A dedicated PMI Ukraine Chapter volunteer since 2021, she contributed to the Ukrainian editions of PMBOK 7 and the PMI Lexicon. After serving as VP of Academic Outreach (2023-2025), she was elected Chapter President in 2025. Her leadership earned her a spot on the 2024 PMI Future 50 list for nurturing young talent, and she is a recognized contributor to the PMBOK 8.

She serves as the Vice President of Membership for the PMI Ukraine Chapter, where she previously managed the "PMI Guide" onboarding program (2024–2025). Additionally, she advocates for diversity in tech as a curator for the "Будь (Bud)" mentorship program (2024), helping Ukrainian women launch careers in IT and creative industries.
