Digital Transformation is a topic on the top of a list of many CEOs as well as non-profit organization leaders. Its overall urgency became even more apparent due the business impact of pandemic we all witnessed since the beginning of 2020. Yet at the same time, it is reported that majority of digital transformation efforts fail or under-deliver.
Why is that? Digital Transformation requires clarity of a vision, execution strategy, and engaged team. All of these elements are critical for the success, yet each of them relies on different skillset and competencies. Benefits of a digital transformation materialize by adoption of technologies, but at the same time are based on change of people behavior. Combination of these disciplines brings high-level of complexity and as such is not an easy task to tackle.

ICOP Digital Transformation is managed by the Paris branch of PMI France chapter and its leaders are Lenka Pincot, Head of Agile Transformation at Raiffeisen bank, and Dirk Doppelfeld, seasoned Project Management professional and founder of Projects & Service Solutions and PMI volunteer since 2010.

With over 20 years of experience in Project and Service Management, Dirk’s value-add is his outstanding ability to manage all kind of projects across borders and cultures. Dirk is the founder of Project & Service Solutions, a Consulting Company in Project and Service Management.
Dirk holds a Diploma in Economic Sciences of the University of Bonn, Germany and Political Sciences of the University of Bamberg, Germany.
Lenka is an international leader of organizational transformations and strategic changes. Her focus is on enhancing business agility by building culture of efficient teams, driving digital transformation and aligning business and IT strategies. Her main expertise is based on 20 years of practice and lies in setting strategic vision, driving complex changes and coaching of agile teams and management.
Lenka has Diploma in Computer Science of the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, with specialization in Software Engineering. She also holds Digital Excellence Diploma at IMD, Business School of Switzerland.
