Please join our expert, Karin Kollenz-Quetard, keynote speaker, consultant and professor of Strategy at EDHEC Business School, to discuss the imperatives for successful digital transformation.

 

 

We will cover the main different areas of digital transformation, ranging from process to business model digitalization as well as covering cultural and organizational transformations. 

 

 

Karin will be joined by two executives who had led the digital transformation of their companies. She will share insights about the main challenges and how to overcome these. 

 

There will be ample time for questions from the audience.

Karin KOLLENZ-QUETARD 

 

Karin is a Professor of Strategy at EDHEC Business School, but also intervenes in customized programs at London Business School (UK), HEC (F) and Duke CE (EU). She develops and delivers executive management development programs and keynotes (http://youtu.be/o9UZa_CUXzQ) with a focus on strategy and innovation. In December 2016, Karin was named as one of the world’s leading business school professors by the Financial Times. Before becoming an academic and entrepreneur, she acquired significant international experience in strategy consulting (Boston Consulting Group, Arthur D. Little) and the telecommunication industry (T-Mobile, DT). Karin’s top management experience combined with her educational background are the basis for her interest in disruptive innovation and emerging technologies, such as Big Data, IoT, and A.I., and their impact on business and society.

Nicolas PLOQUIN

 

Nicolas is Président director Unilabs France as well as regional director Unilabs France, Spain and Benelux with MBA from both Harvard and EDHEC business school.

He has 20+ years of multinational experience in a wide array of industries with a track record of scaling up and turning-around organizations and business by building strong fundamentals and teams around him.

 

 

 

Christina_Monnoyeur

Cristina MONNOYEUR

 

Cristina is Spanish, with a double degree in general engineering (Ecole Centrale Paris and ETSEI Barcelona) and an MBA from the French Fashion Institute. She is currently in charge of Digital Transformation of L'Oréal Operations, which includes technical product design, sourcing, manufacturing and supply chain business units. She joined L'Oréal in 2003 after experiences in consulting and in sales on the semiconductors industry. Before embracing the digital transformation, she has been in charge of New Product Development and Supply Chain Management for several Brands and Divisions, in France and abroad.
